This is my succinct response to the
questions of an online friend about the so-called Global Shift; the
conversation was in French. I translated the initial comment and my answer to
Russian and English, and I publish them integrally. Most of the world's
analysts believe that it takes strategies and theories, ideologies and dogmas
to solve the rivalries between the "North" and the "South",

Я не участвую в дебатах. Я могу наблюдать за ситуациями, но мне
действительно всё равно на этот мир. Да, я был учеником Леклана, Боттеро, Поля
Гарелли, Максима Родинсона, Элен Каррер д’Анкосс и других, но меня гораздо
больше волновали темы и прошлое, чем настоящее и люди.
Человечество не сдало экзамен, и разрушение неизбежно, потому что — так или
иначе — силы, определяющие исход, расплатятся.
Вы говорите о Глобальном сдвиге, в конечном счёте намекая на разрыв между
Севером и Югом, Западом и Востоком, или «коллективным Западом» против всех
остальных.
Там, где нет идентичности и целостности, нет и сдвига — ни глобального, ни
регионального, ни локального.
Чтобы Китай, Индия, Иран и Россия стали одним или несколькими «полюсами
силы», им необходимо полностью деколонизироваться и девестернизироваться. Пока
они не запустят этот процесс, они будут лишь подменять собой западные державы.
Я уже писал, что если по волшебству завтра утром исчезнут ЕС, все страны НАТО
и Австралия,
в том виде, в каком они есть, Россия, Индия, Китай, Япония, Иран,
Индонезия, Пакистан, Египет, Нигерия, Мексика и Бразилия уже сами по себе
способны сформировать альянсы, которые будут функционировать точно так же, как
Антанта и Тройственный союз.
Итак, будет плагиат Первой мировой войны!
Вместо Германии, Австро-Венгрии и Османской империи
против
Франции, Англии, России и (позже) США, ……
……. будет что-то вроде
Китай, Пакистан, Индонезия, Бразилия и Нигерия
против
России, Индии, Ирана, Мексики и Египта.
Даже если исчезновение Запада приведёт к ядерному разоружению, катастрофа
будет колоссальной, и бесконечные войны продолжатся.
Почему так?
Потому что проблема кроется ещё в западноевропейском колониализме!
До того, как европейские колонизаторы заставили колонизированные народы
разрушить свою идентичность и целостность и принять чуждую западную культуру, …
………. западные европейцы разрушили свою собственную идентичность, прервали
свою историческую преемственность, подверглись нелепому ревизионизму и утратили
свою целостность, тем самым приняв чуждую историю как свою (псевдо)-культуру.
За последние 600 лет западные европейцы ни разу не занимались самокритикой;
ни одна западноевропейская нация не пыталась поставить под сомнение «уже приобретенное».
Но то, что предшествовало этому, было ядовитым и не могло не привести к
чудовищным результатам. Это произошло сначала на Западе, а затем было
экспортировано.
В этом и заключается проблема: мир, основанный на больных концепциях, всепоглощающем
ревизионизме, злополучных устоях и полной слепоте.
Другими словами, для спасения мира
незападный мир должен быть девестернизирован (деколонизирован) — если его
части когда-либо смогут понять, чего это стоит!
и
западный мир должен понять, что то, что было сделано за последние 600 лет,
должно быть отменено.
Легко ли это будет осуществить?
Нет!
Вот почему многие считают, что ядерная война неизбежна.
Меньше людей убеждены в её необходимости.
Во что я верю?
Как мусульманин, я сошлюсь на традицию, которую разделяют мусульмане,
христиане и иудеи: на традицию пророка Ионы.
Неслучайно Иисус в Евангелиях проводит параллель между днями Ионы и днями
Конца света.
Всё возможно и всё может измениться, любая затаившаяся катастрофа может
исчезнуть, если люди раскаются и покаются.
Но когда ниневитяне покаялись и затаившаяся опасность миновала, они не
стали спрашивать своих священников, что делать.
Покаяние — это внутренний, духовный процесс; в нём не участвуют никакие
другие стороны, кроме вас и вашего внутреннего «я».

Je ne participe pas aux débats. Il m'arrive d'observer certaines
situations, mais ce monde ne m'intéresse guère. Certes, j'ai
été l'élève de Leclant, Bottéro, Paul Garelli, Maxime Rodinson, Hélène Carrere
d'Encause et d'autres, mais les sujets et le passé m'importaient bien plus que
le présent et les individus.
L'humanité a échoué à l'examen, et la destruction est inévitable, car d'une
manière ou d'une autre, les forces qui déterminent l'issue du conflit régleront
le compte.
Vous évoquez le Changement Global, faisant ainsi allusion à la fracture
Nord-Sud, Ouest-Est, ou encore à « l'Occident collectif » face au reste du
monde. Or là où il
n'y a ni identité ni intégrité, il n'y a pas de changement, qu'il soit global,
régional ou local.
Pour que la Chine, l'Inde, l'Iran et la Russie deviennent un ou plusieurs
pôles de puissance, elles doivent être totalement décolonisées et
désoccidentalisées. Tant qu'ils n'engagent pas ce processus, ils ne sont que de
simples substituts des puissances occidentales.
J'ai déjà écrit que, si par un acte magique l'UE, tous les pays de l'OTAN
et l'Australie disparaissaient demain matin, la Russie, l'Inde, la Chine, le
Japon, l'Iran, l'Indonésie, le Pakistan, l'Égypte, le Nigeria, le Mexique et le
Brésil suffiraient amplement à former des alliances fonctionnant exactement
comme la Triple-Entente et la Triple-Alliance en 1914.
On assisterait donc à une Première Guerre mondiale plagiée !
Au lieu de l'Allemagne, de l'Autriche-Hongrie et de l'Empire ottoman
contre
la France, l'Angleterre, la Russie et (plus tard) les États-Unis, …
ce serait quelque chose comme :

Même si la disparition de l'Occident conduit au désarmement nucléaire, le

Parce que le problème ne réside dans le colonialisme de l'Europe
occidentale que partialement.
Avant que les colonisateurs européens n'obligent les nations colonisées à
détruire leur identité et leur intégrité et à accepter la culture occidentale

… les Européens de l'Ouest ont
détruit leur propre identité, interrompu leur propre continuité historique,
subi un révisionnisme absurde et perdu leur propre intégrité, acceptant ainsi
un récit étrange comme leur (pseudo)culture.
Au cours des 600 dernières années, les Européens de l'Ouest n'ont jamais
entrepris de démarche d'autocritique ; aucune nation d'Europe occidentale
n'a tenté de remettre en question ce qui était « déjà acquis ». Mais
ce qui a précédé était pernicieux et ne pouvait engendrer que des conséquences
monstrueuses. Cela s'est produit d'abord en Occident, puis s'est exporté.
Voici le problème : un monde fondé sur des concepts malsains, un
révisionnisme envahissant, des fondements funestes et un aveuglement total.
Autrement dit, pour que le monde soit sauvé, …
… le monde non occidental doit se désoccidentaliser (se décoloniser) – s’ils
comprennent un jour ce que cela implique !
et
le monde occidental doit comprendre que ce qui a été fait au cours des 600
dernières années doit être défait.
Sera-t-il facile à entreprendre ?
Non !
C’est pourquoi beaucoup pensent que la guerre nucléaire est inévitable.

debates. I
may observe situations, but I truly do not care about this world. Yes,
I was the student of Leclant, Bottéro, Paul Garelli, Maxime Rodinson, Hélène Carrère d'Encausse and others, but I
cared about the topics and the past far more than about the present and the
people.
Humanity failed to pass
the exam, and the destruction is inevitable, because -one way or another- the
forces that determine the outcome will settle the bill.
You speak about the
Global Shift, eventually hinting at the divide between North and South or West
and East or "the Collective West" vs. all the rest.
Wherever there is no
identity and no integrity, there is no shift - be it global or regional or
local.
For China, India, Iran
and Russia to be another "pole of power" or "poles of
power", they have to get totally de-colonized and de-Westernized. As long

Western powers.

if by a magic force, the EU, all NATO countries, and Australia disappear
